|6266||Wilfrid Prince, 69, of 77 Arlington st, a lifelong resident of Nashua, died Saturday afternoon at a local hospital following a lingering illness. He was born in Nashua Oct 20, 1893, son of William and Marie (Grandmaison) Prince. He was an employee of Nashua Mfg Co and Textron, Inc where he worked for 35 years. He was a communicant of Infant Jesus church. He leaves one daughter, Mrs. John (Irene) Bartisavitch, of Nashua; two sons, Joseph Prince of Boston and Omer L. Prince of Bethel Conn; two brothers, George Prince of Southbridge, Mass and Edward Prince of New Britain, Conn; 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, also several nephews, nieces and cousins. |6267||William L. Drake, 67 of Horace, ND died Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Palliative Care Unit of MeritCare Hospital in Fargo.|
Bill was born on June 25, 1941 in Fargo to Sam and Etta (Kent) Drake. The family lived in Casselton and West Fargo, where Bill attended school. He served in the US Army from 1958 to 1961. On September 15, 1962, Bill married Delores Tessier at St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Wild Rice, ND. He worked for Siouxland Dress Beef in West Fargo before moving to St. Paul, MN. They returned to Fargo-Moorhead where they owned the Georgetown Bar and where Bill also worked for Asplin Excavating. Bill then worked in transportation as an owner-operator for Waymore Transportation.
Bill enjoyed fishing but the real joy of his life was his 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sam; sisters, Marion Banks, Joanne Ohnstad and Maxine Wateland; step-father, Pete Thiessen and step-brother, Stanley Thiessen.
Bill is survived by his wife, Delores of Horace; son, William Drake, Jr. of Horace; daughter, Deborah Mellem of Wyndmere, ND; grandchildren, Samantha, Mikayla, Kolten Mellem; mother, Etta Thiessen of Fargo; brother, Gerald (Janet) Drake of Seattle, WA; sisters, Frances (Enoch) Jenner of West Fargo, Betty (Daniel) Olmstead of West Fargo; step-brothers, Roger and Larry Thiessen; step-sisters, Sharon and Beverly Thiessen and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Wednesday, April 22 from 5-7 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
Prayer Service: Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Memorial Mass : Thursday, April 23 at 11:00 am at St. Benedict's Catholic Church,
Wild Rice, ND.

|6295||Yvette Richard, 78, Fargo, ND, died peacefully at Innovis Hospital in Fargo, Saturday morning, July 2, 2005, surrounded by her loving husband, nine children and family members.|
Yvette was born to Antoinette and Arthur Duval on October 13, 1926 and raised on the family farm near Horace, ND. She attended St. Joseph's Academy of St. Benedict's Church in Wild Rice, North Dakota. On June 21, 1948, Yvette married Nick Richard at St. Benedict?s. They moved to Fargo, where they raised their family. In 1978, they moved to Bemidji, Minnesota and in 1989 back to the Fargo area.
Yvette's strong faith sustained her throughout her life. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and grandchildren. Gardening and making Rosaries for the missions were among her passions. Her sense of humor and kind, gentle nature will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Nick; her children Rosalie (Richard) Elizondo, Elk River, MN; Clarence (Terry) , Minnetonka, MN; Mary (Eric)Tolf, Whitehall, MT; Elaine, Fargo; Janet (Kerry) Jaeger, Grand Forks, ND; Shirley (Craig) Kulla, West Fargo; Charles (Kristen), West Fargo; Arlene (Mark) Wilken, West Fargo; Thomas (Kathleen), Eagan, MN; 23 grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy (Ernest) Dubord, Fargo and Claudia (Roger) Cossette, West Fargo, and one brother, Raymond Duval, Jamestown, ND.
Yvette was preceded in death by her mother and father, her step-father, Arthur Fugere, and granddaughter Kali Jaeger.
Visitation: Monday, July 4, at Riverview Place Chapel, Fargo, ND from 6:00 ? 7:00 p.m. and 1 hour before the funeral, July 5.
